What it does
The field app collects the data; the Office Data Portal is where the PI, forester, or ranch manager reviews it from a desk — no need to open the field app.
- Frequency trends over time — species frequency (% of frames hit) charted across repeat visits to each site, so you can see recovery and weed trends at a glance.
- Top-species bar chart for the latest visit.
- Map of the sites, mapped features, and protected-plant inventory points.
- Filterable data inventory — every species record by site and visit; type to filter.
- CSV export on every view — frequency in tidy long format, ready for R or Excel.

This is a marketing demo on sample data. In production the portal authenticates each office user against the same secure backend as the field app, shows only the workspaces they’re a member of, and is fully read-only. Each client deployment gets its own database and configuration.
